These terms apply to the channel website ("the channel", "we"). By using the site or creating an account you agree to them.
Accounts
- You need an account to chat, support or tip. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required where you live, to create an account.
- You can delete your account at any time in Profile & settings → Delete account.
Chat rules
- Be kind. No harassment, hate speech, threats, or sharing other people's private information.
- No spam, scams, or unwanted advertising.
- Nothing illegal and nothing sexual.
- The channel owner and moderators may delete messages, time out or ban accounts, and change these rules at their discretion.
Supporter subscriptions
- Being a supporter costs per month, charged when you subscribe and then every month until you cancel.
- You get the Supporter badge, no ads and supporter-only emoji while your subscription is active.
- Cancel any time under Support → Manage subscription. You keep your perks until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Tips
- Tips are voluntary one-time payments to support the channel. They give you the Tipper badge and a shout-out in chat; they don't buy any other product or service.
- Tip messages follow the chat rules and may be hidden.
Refunds
- Subscription months and tips are generally not refundable once paid, except where the law says otherwise.
- If you were charged by mistake, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
- Being banned for breaking the chat rules doesn't entitle you to a refund, but an active subscription can be cancelled at any time.
Copyright
Only post or clip what you have the right to share. If you believe something here infringes your copyright, send a notice to the contact below with:
- your name and contact details, and your physical or electronic signature;
- the work you say is infringed;
- a link to the stream, past broadcast, clip or message, and where it occurs;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you're the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
We remove or disable material when we receive a valid notice, and we may close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe. If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same contact with your name, address and phone number, what was removed and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was a mistake, your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address, and your signature. Knowingly false notices can carry legal liability.
The stream
Streams and chat are provided as they are. We can't promise the site will always be available, and we may change or stop features at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
